Multi-Day Retreats (Sesshin)
Way of the Forest Empty Mountain Hermitage holds multi-day (usually 5 days or longer) retreats called “Sesshins”. A Sesshin provides a unique opportunity free from distraction so we can focus our attention on the practice of Zen meditation.
Currently any Sesshin offered is online via Zoom, but it is intended that in-person Sesshin will be run in the near future with covid safety protocols in place, once it is safe to do so.
In-person Sesshin are usually residential in nature and held at a suitable retreat centre.
To be notified of the next Sesshin or to find out more, please contact Doshin Kusan Roshi on: 0407 114 761 or through this website here.
